18 NCAC 07J .1301 REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE IPEN SERVICES

An IPEN provider applicant shall meet requirements established in:

(1) Article 2 of Chapter 10B of the General Statutes; and

(2) the rules in this Subchapter, except:

(a) Section .0900; and

(b) Sections .1400-.2200.
